One of the Foundation’s newest project is that of drilling water wells in Cambodia, in areas where they are most needed

“The fact that one in four people who die this year will succumb to AIDS, TB, malaria,

or infections related to dirty water cast a pall over all our children’s future.”

From Bill Clinton’s 2007 book “Giving” chapter on “The Explosion of Private Citizens Doing Public Good”

At a time when many non-profits face an uncertain future, the Efron Foundation moves forward with new projects and the development of ideas for the public good and general welfare, while continuing to fund our previous commitments.
